Now available in beta at no additional cost, Analytics brings your people and payroll data together in one place,with interactive charts, dynamic tables, and customizable reports that help you understand how your business is operating.

With People insights, you can see total headcount, new hires, and terminations in one place. Instead of exporting data and building summaries yourself, you can quickly review how your team has evolved. You get a straightforward view of workforce dynamics that’s always there when you need it, without adding complexity to your workflow.

Uncover patterns in your payroll

Analytics’ Payroll insights let you examine payroll costs, review compensation shifts, and understand employer tax and benefit contributions in one centralized view. Instead of exporting reports or scanning individual pay runs, you can see how payroll is trending over time. Select the fields you want to view, apply filters, and customize the view to match the question you’re trying to answer. Whether you’re reviewing the last three months, year to date, or a custom time frame, you can shape the report as you’d like.

Getting started with Analytics

The Analytics beta is available to all Justworks customers. We’re continuing to enhance the experience: adding more features, building upon Report Builder flexibility, and deepening the insights you can access within Justworks. Check out Analytics and let us know what you think. To get started, log into Justworks and then click on Analytics or Reports in the lefthand menu.

For all critical business decisions, payroll processing, or tax filings, we recommend that you continue to rely on the finalized data available in your primary Reports workspace.
