With People insights, you can see total headcount, new hires, and terminations in one place. Instead of exporting data and building summaries yourself, you can quickly review how your team has evolved. You get a straightforward view of workforce dynamics that’s always there when you need it, without adding complexity to your workflow.

Analytics’ Payroll insights let you examine payroll costs, review compensation shifts, and understand employer tax and benefit contributions in one centralized view. Instead of exporting reports or scanning individual pay runs, you can see how payroll is trending over time. If you’re looking for information you can’t find in one of our pre-built reports or you want a very specific view of your data, our Report Builder is here to help. Select the fields you want to view, apply filters, and customize the view to match the question you’re trying to answer. Whether you’re reviewing the last three months, year to date, or a custom time frame, you can shape the report as you’d like.
Getting started with Analytics
The Analytics beta is available to all Justworks customers. We’re continuing to enhance the experience: adding more features, building upon Report Builder flexibility, and deepening the insights you can access within Justworks. Check out Analytics and let us know what you think. To get started, log into Justworks and then click on Analytics or Reports in the lefthand menu.

This feature is intended for internal informational purposes and is subject to the terms of your Customer Service Agreement (CSA) and the Justworks Terms and Conditions. While we refine the experience, functionality and data visualizations may experience periodic variations. For all critical business decisions, payroll processing, or tax filings, we recommend that you continue to rely on the finalized data available in your primary Reports workspace.
