Sage Intacct

Everything is in one place, all in one system. We used to be with QuickBooks and have over 30 companies, so constantly having to switch entities and ask people to switch into multi-user mode was so annoying. We no longer have to deal with that. I can open as many windows and instances of Sage that I want or need to. It makes processing everything and digging into problems or questions so much easier and faster. There isn't a single function that we need or use that can't be handled within the Sage product.

Sage intacct is a game changer in the way accouting systems operate. Having the custimization within Sage from the dimensions to reports as well as all the API integrations available. We know Sage is with us for the long haul as we continue to grow.

I like the financial reports and the grants check system. I can run a Monthly Expenses report fast and easy to use for invoicing. Sage Intacct also has great customer support. You can set up meetings with agents and they can help you for any questions!

You can search for your data/ transactions in many different ways within Sage Intacct. There are drill-down capabilities from reports, which allows you to go straight to the transactions that make up the numbers. This saves so much time when reconciling data.
