Lever makes interviewing candidates simple. Their resume, along with information about their experience and skills, are easily accessible for use before and during the interview. Candidate feedback is then a simple process, managed by Lever. Additionally, Lever reminds me (via email) when I have an upcoming interview.

The best thing is the easiness to access the candidate CV and how easy it is to provide feedback after. I really like the email reminders automatically sent because it makes me aware of the time I have available to prepare and after to provide feedback!

The platform is super customizable and very easy to use / intuitive. We were using Excel as an ATS prior to Lever, and it has saved us thousands of hours in applicant tracking and candidate scheduling, reviews and communication. Their support team and resources are also fantastic. Can not recommend it enough!

Lever makes scheduling my candidates for interviews a piece of cake. It's a great snapshot of all of the folks I have in my pipeline and need to keep in touch with. The tools for emailing are great and I love the easy book feature that I use daily.
