This year, Justworks travelled to South by Southwest (SXSW) in Austin, TX, and we had the chance to sit down with one of our customers and a business that knows a thing or two about making a lasting impression — Miron Crosby.

Growing up on a cattle ranch in West Texas, the duo always had a love for boots, but it wasn’t until their time in New York, where their standout Western style turned heads, that they realized there was a gap in the luxury cowboy boot market. So, they decided they were going to fill it.

Miron Crosby’s boots are handcrafted by the most skilled artisans on both sides of the Rio and their concierge design service allows customers to personalize existing silhouettes, creating one-of-a-kind boots that tell a story.
