Maite Diez-Canedo is VP, International at Justworks and the Co-Founder of Via. In her role as VP, Maite leads the product and business strategy to scale Justworks’ international products.

In 2017, Maite and her co-founder and sister Itziar Diez-Canedo launched Via to support small businesses hire top talent globally. With strong customer relationships, a focus on local support, and a vision to grow, Maite and Itziar joined forces with Justworks, a technology company leveling the playing field for small businesses, to accelerate the company's international solutions and bring them to more small businesses. 

Prior to Via and Justworks, Maite worked at JPMorgan in investment banking and co-founded a tutoring marketplace, connecting tutors and students across Latin America.

Maite earned her MBA at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business and currently lives in London.

Jonathan Naymark is the Head of International Expansion at Justworks. As Head of International Expansion, Jonathan is leading Justworks's international expansion into new markets, enabling small businesses to grow globally with confidence. Prior to joining Justworks, Jonathan was the founder and General Manager of Codecademy for Business, a corporate e-learning product used by over 1,500 companies. In 2022, Codecademy for Business was acquired by Skillsoft as part of a $500M acquisition. Jonathan has spent over ten years working in senior positions in both the start-up and corporate innovation ecosystems. A native of Toronto, Canada, Jonathan lives in Brooklyn with his husband and newborn son.

Gisell Suriel is a Senior Customer Success Manager at Justworks, helping businesses navigate the complexities of domestic and international hiring. With over 7 years in customer success and deep roots in small business as the daughter of entrepreneurs, she’s a proud Brooklyn native passionate about helping businesses grow globally.
