Charlie Lienau is Head of Operations at Percent and oversees teams in the US and Latin America. Since joining the company in 2020, he has led Capital Markets and Business Development before stepping into his current role, where he oversees key functions including human resources, marketing, finance, and operations—supporting Percent’s strategic growth and day-to-day execution. Prior to Percent, Charlie spent nearly a decade at UBS Investment Bank in New York, advising Latin American clients on debt solutions. He is passionate about building efficient financial infrastructure and expanding access to private credit through technology. Charlie holds a Master’s degree from Columbia Business School and currently lives in Toronto.

Morgan is Head of Finance at Hiline, a modern outsourced accounting, tax, and people services company on a mission to power the growth of SMBs through innovation, technology, and a client-obsessed approach. As one of Hiline’s very first employees, Morgan has been instrumental in building the company’s foundation and shaping its growth journey. She leads systems integration, process controls, and financial operations to support Hiline’s continued expansion — including the growth and support of our international team. Morgan plays a critical role in aligning financial insights with business goals, helping Hiline scale smarter and more efficiently. She lives in Syracuse, NY, with her husband and two boys. When she’s not deep in the numbers, you’ll likely find her out running marathons.
